Fridley 49ers Parade

On Thursday, June 16 the Anoka County Radio club is invited to participate in the Fridley 49ers parade. This year we plan to be IN the parade, rather than assisting with the event. The plan is to pull one of our tower trailers through the parade and have a business-card sized handout and possibly candy. More details will be shared as they are available.
2022 Field Day Planning meeting

On Wednesday, April 20th there will be a planning meeting for the club's 2022 field day activity. Any one interested in the FD event is welcome to attend, but any person expecting to set up a station as part of the Club's planned activities are strongly encouraged to attend.
This will be a remote meeting over google meet and we will begin after the Wednesday Evening 2M Net concludes.

ACRC General Meeting

General membership meetings are held on the first Friday of each month (or one week later if it falls on a holiday week) and are normally located inside the Blaine City Hall. Due to the volume of summer events we do not hold general meetings in July or August.
Our next general membership meeting will be on Friday, May 6 at the Blaine City Hall, in the Cloverleaf room (upstairs) at 7:00. Please use the East (rear building) entrance. I hope to see you all there!

ACRC Board Meeting
Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month The next board meeting date is 4/26/2022. We are back to meeting in person at the Centerville City Hall. The meeting is from 6:30-8:45PM. Any club members are welcome to attend (guests only by prior arrangement please). The meeting link may also be used at https://meet.google.com/dqo-jiuw-eej if you are unable to meet in person. (subject to device/internet availability on-site to join remote users).

Club Events
Several time a year the ACRC helps out at events like parades, festivals, fun runs, fire works and more. These events tend to be fun and several are great family events. There is nothing like having a guaranteed front row seat at a fireworks event or parade. Check out the Calendar Page for more information.
General Meetings
You do not need to be a member to attend and family members of all ages are welcome. Each meeting will have a different topic for the month. There are ten General Meetings from January through June and again from September through December. We take the summer months off while everyone tend to be really busy having fun in the warm weather. General Meetings are normally held on the first Friday of the month, starting at 7:00 p.m. To view the minutes from these meetings, click on the Club Documents link.
Repeater
We sponsor a two-meter repeater at 146.670 MHz (114.8 PL tone). For more details on the club's repeater, please check out the Repeater page..
